A. How to Contact Us

You may call, fax, email, or postal mail us your transcript request. Please specify "Transcript Request."

B. Information We Need

When contacting us, please have the following information available:

• Your name and your relationship to student

• Full name of student (including maiden name, if applicable). Let us know if current last name should be added to the transcript.

• Date of birth

• Year of graduation (or last date of enrollment)

• Name and address of location to send transcript

• Phone number or email address if counselor needs to contact you.
   

We are often able to send a transcript in 2-5 days but in peak seasons (at beginning and end of school year), please allow 7-10 days for transcript preparation!
